Technical Applications Support

A non-profit with locations across Massachusetts is looking for an Applications Support candidate that is experienced supporting financial applications. Having some experience with financial terminology, understanding debits, credits, payments, accounting, etc... along with basic technical (SQL, Excel, etc...) experience. This role will consist of learning the ins and outs of the companies financial systems and how to best support them while helping non-technical users. The ideal candidate can explain technical terms to non-technical users. There will also be an aspect of technical training to the position.
